Mercy is a single Mom, she has a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology, Licescensed as a Chemical Dependancy Professional, and a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. She's extreemly skilled in her career however her biggest accomplishments have been caring for her son Jon & our brother, "Frank Flores". Mercy singlehandedly took in our brother Frank not knowing that this would be his last year on this earth . When Frank's health stared deteriorating our brother Javier and his wife Marivel, began to help Mercy with Frank. They'd go into Frank's bedroom and clean everything out for him, wash all his clothes, and when he soiled himself, they'd clean him from top to bottom. The compassion and love that was displayed by Nelda, Maria, Javier, Marivel & Mercy for their dying brother was one of the main reasons Mercy decided to go into this buisnes. Knowing there's people out there that have none to little family help them during a time like this, a time of need is why they want to be there to help you.
